Spring Capital Partner V, L.P. (“SCP V”) invested subordinated debt and common equity to support Clifton & Co.’s acquisition of JOTS Rentals, LLC (“JOTS” or the “Company”). SCP V partnered with Centerfield Capital Partners in financing this transaction.
About JOTS Rentals, LLC
Founded in 1975, JOTS Rentals, LLC is a site services company providing portable restroom rental and servicing, roll-off dumpster rental hauling, and restroom trailer rentals across East Texas.
