Spring Capital Partners IV, L.P. (“SCP IV”) invested subordinated debt and common equity to support Bochi Investments, LLC’s (“Bochi”) acquisition of Willamette Valley Meat Company (“Willamette” or the “Company”), one of the largest wholesale meat processors and distributors on the West Coast of the U.S. SCP IV partnered with SharpVue Capital and Cyprium Partners in financing this transaction.
