(www.springcap.com) invested subordinated debt and equity to support the recapitalization of Architectural Polymers, LLC (the “Company”) by Stonebridge Partners and Marshall Walters. SCP IV partnered with Parkway Capital and Brookside Capital Partners in financing this transaction.
