Spring Capital Partners IV, L.P. (www.springcap.com) invested subordinated debt and equity to support Full Guard Capital’s acquisition of Perimeter Insect Guard (the “Company”). SCP IV partnered with Tecum Capital in financing this transaction.
About Perimeter Insect Guard
Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Taylorsville, Mississippi, Perimeter has developed into the largest provider of insecticide treatment services for uniforms and garments, primarily used by the various branches of the U.S. Military. The Company treats uniforms with a proprietary, EPA approved chemical mixture that repels insects and protects America’s service men and women against numerous pathogens and insect-borne diseases such as malaria, Zika virus, Dengue fever, Lyme disease, etc. Perimeter has built long-standing relationships with its customers over the Company’s history serving the military industry and has a proven reputation with prime contractors, establishing themselves as the go-to solution for military uniform insecticide treatment.
